Integrated approach to the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in 70 cases

Objective To evaluate the integrated approach to the treatment of knee osteoarthritis treatment and its advantages.Methods The subjects treated 70 cases of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee,respectively,after application of an integrated group therapy(experimental group)and the song annai Degas lidocaine treatment(control group),a comprehensive treatment,including anti-inflammatory or analgesic closed,fumigation or medicine iontophoresis,joint cavity rinse,massage,acupuncture,and intra-articular injection of ozone.Observed and compared its efficacy and analysis.Results After treatment,all patients,experimental patients were cured 20 cases,improved in 11 cases,4 cases;control group of patients cured,18 cases improved,8 cases,9 cases;treatment efficiency of the experimental group(88.6%)was significantly higher(74.3%),the results are more significant difference,statistically significant(P 0.05).70 cases were observed in patients with significant adverse reactions.Conclusion An integrated approach to the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,the clinical effect is significant,practical,side effects,is the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee the preferred method..
