Huoxue Huayu Tang in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[Objective]To observe the effect of Huoxue Huayu Tang Treatment of diabetic foot.[Methods]using randomized controlled methods,69 cases of hospitalized patients according to the order number were randomly divided into two groups.A control group of 33 cases of Metformin Hydrochloride,0.25g/time,3 times/d,oral;High blood pressure patients increase Acarbose,50mg/,3/d,oral.And guide the control diet and physical exercise.The treatment group of 36 cases of Huoxue Huayu Tang(Huangshi 60g,Sangguizhi,Baijiangcan each10g,Danggui,Chishao,Chuan Xiong,Shengdi,Chuanniuxi,Shengdilong each 15g,Danshen,Jixueteng each 30g).1 doses of/d,water simmer in water 200mL,sooner or later oral.Continuous treatment with 14d for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reaction.1 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]The treatment group cured 15 cases,effective in 15 cases,effective 3 cases,invalid 3 cases,the total efficiency of 91.67%.The control group cured 10 cases,effective in 13 cases,effective 4 cases,invalid 6cases,the total efficiency of 81.82%.The treatment group was better than control group(P 0.05)[.Conclusion]Huoxue Huayu Tang in the treatment of diabetic foot effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
