Tongmai Huayu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Diabetic Foot Parallel Randomized Controlled Study

Abstract
[Objective]Observe tongmai huayu decoction combined with western medicine treatment of diabetic foot.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,100 cases of outpatient treatment order numbers were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 50 patients to control blood sugar,diet,application microcirculation.Chinese medicine treatment group,50 cases of foot(Guizhi,Danshen,Sumu,Jixueteng,Huangqieach 30g,Dangshen 25g,Niuxi,Chuanxiong,Mugua each 20g,Dilong,Tougucao each 15g).1 / d,decoction 3500mL,soak feet;temperature 38 ～ 41℃;30min / times,2 times / d.Western medicine with the control group.14d is a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]treatment group,22 cases markedly effective in 25 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 94.00%.Control group,effective in 3 cases,effective 9 cases,38 cases,the total efficiency 76.00%.Treatment group than the control group(P0.05).[Conclusion]tongmai decoction combined with western medicine treatment of diabetic foot effect is remarkable,worthy of promotion.
