Abstract
Objective :To investigate the effection of the community nursing intervention of the treatment compliance on controlling blood pressure in old patients with essential hypertension.Methods :198 cases of hypertension in China in line with the diagnostic criteria of hypertensive patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,99 cases in each group,the two groups was same in the diet control,drug therapy,self-monitoring,exercise therapy,but the observation group was given community nursing intervention and no influence is on the control group.Results: 6 months-blood pressure control rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P0.05),the effection of two groups were significantly different.Conclusion:The effect of the nursing intervention of the treatment compliance on controlling blood pressure in hypertensive patients in community was significant.
