Influence of Nursing Intervention on Blood Pressure and Treatment Compliance of Hypertension Patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on blood pressure and treatment compliance of hypertension patients.Methods 42 cases of hypertension patients are randomly divided into the observation group(27 cases) and the control group(15 cases).The control group is instructed with the routine nursing,while the observation group is treated with integrated nursing intervention.Observations are carried out about the treatment compliance and control of blood pressure of both groups.Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P005).After treatment for three months,the standard rate of blood pressure of the observation group was 92.59%,significantly higher than 53.33% of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion With improvement of hypertension patients’ treatment compliance,active and effective nursing intervention measures impose active significance on controlling the blood pressure and suspending the progression of diseases.
