Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Batroxobin on coagulation and fibrinolytic system in the patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The levels of prothrombin time (PT),activated partial thromboplasmin time (APTT),fibrinogen (Fg),D Dimer were measured in 30 patients before and after treatment with Batroxobin. Results After treatment PT and APTT were prolonged,Fg levels were a great extent decreased,D Dimer levels were significantly increased (all P 0.01). Conclusion Batroxobin will reduce the coagulation activity and increase the fibrinolytic activity, accelerate the thrombolysis.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
