Abstract

Objective To detect the content of indexes of coagulation and fibrinolysis in plasma in patients with acute cerebral infarction,to observe their changes and investigate the clinical significance. Methods Collecting the plasma of 42 acute cerebral infarction patients, the content of fibrinogen?D dimer and fibrinolysin was determined, and was compared with their content in control group. Results In plasma in patients with acute cerebral infarction, the content of fibrinogen and D dimer was significantly higher than in control group (P0 01) ,but the activity of profibrinolysin decreased (P0 05) .And there was a positively relationship between the changes of all indexes and the degree of patients' conditions. Conclusion There are some abnormalities in coagulative and fibrinolytic system in acute period of patients with cerebral infarction.
