A Review of Research on Urban Community Autonomy

theoretical achievements in the research of urban community autonomy in the past chiefly concentrate upon the following aspects:the system reforms and objective results caused by the former are the first motive forces;there are three governing models of community autonomy, including the government dominating model, the cooperating model between the government and society and self-governing model;the organization form of the community neighborhood committee chiefly adopts the system of being separated between saying and acting;the relations between the community neighborhood committee and the community party branch are cooperation and consultation and support with each other;the key to community autonomy is to define the power border reasonably between government and community.
