Research on the Legal Environment of Urban Community Organization System

The goal of community development is community autonomy based on community organizations.Community autonomy is consistent with community law system.Currently,the major community organizations include community Party organizations,committee of residents,committee of owners,property management companies,etc.Under the present legal environment,the relationship between the major community organizations is unclear,thus resulted in many conflicts.The current legal environment becomes a bottleneck for further development of community organizations.It is time to amendment the Residents Committee Organization Law to rationalize the relationship between community organizations,to clarify its functions and rights with each other in order to establish a good community order under the rule of law.
