On the Self Management of Urban Communities

Management of community-based organizations in China is still a government management model that excludes the community residents and non-governmental organizations and other private sector participation in power.Therefore,our community-based organizations management should cooperate to the pluralistic model of governance transformation,the establishment of government,citizens and non-governmental organizations,civil society institutions organizational model composed of representatives of community self-government.We should be under the guidance of the relevant concepts for the establishment of urban communities to create conditions for multi-autonomous management.
