Community Autonomy: Development Target of Community Governance in Our Country

The community governance in our country has mainly experienced the three modes of administration type,cooperation type and autonomy type since reform and opening.Although realizing community autonomy is the development target of community governance in our country,the present condition is immature.To attain the object of community autonomy must begin with these aspects of reinforcing the building of legal system concerning community governance,actively advancing NGO's growth,making an effort to develop social intermediary organization,fostering citizen's participant consciousness and community principle,etc.
