Abstract
Contents of Cu,Ni,Zn,Al,Fe,B in several vegetables from the market and green vegetables in Jinzhou were determined by inductance coupling plasma atom emission spectrum(ICP-OES).A concise,quick and accurate analysis method was established for determination of 6 metallic elements in vegetables.The recoveries of elements in this experiment are in the range of 94.17% ~107.28%,and relative standard deviations are in the range of 0.87% ~2.27%.The detect limit of this method is low and fits analysis requirements of all elements.It is demonstrated that the Cu,Ni,Zn,Al,Fe,B contents of green vegetables are lower than that of vegetables from market.
