Abstract

ICP-AES was applied to the determination of microamounts of 16 elements(Ca,Al,Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn,Cr,Hg,P,Se,Mg,As,Cd,Pb,K,Na) in 8 kinds of vegetables.Working conditions of the instrument was given and the choice of analytical spectral lines was described.Microwave heating was used in the sample digestion.Detection limits for these elements were found in the range of 0.3-30.0 μg·L-1.Results of recovery test obtained were in the range of 94.3%-104.8%.
