Abstract
The content of ten kinds of different trace elements were determined by ICP—AES with microwave digestion among varieties of vegetables, including parsley, spinach, lettuce, rape, celery, oat vegetables, and beef heart dish. The experiental results shows that there are much higher content of human-body-needed trace elements—Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn and relative lower content of harmful heavy metal elements—Pb.As in vegetables, are below the national limit. The recoveries of standard addition are in the range of 90.92 % ~ 109.96% and detection limit is in the range of ≤0.008 mg / mL.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
