Abstract

[Objective]To evaluate immune effectiveness of rabi es vaccine.[Methods]The subjects were first time inoculated ful l course(five doses) of rabies vaccine.Their antibody against rabies virus wa s detected using ELISA after 15 days of last dose injected.[Results] Total antibody positive rate was 96.3%(1 067/1 108) in which 94.7% we re male and 97.9% female. The sexual difference was significant(P0.01).With the increasing of age,the positive rates decreased clearly(P0.01).The antibody positive rates in different kinds of rabies vaccines were not significantlg different(P0.05).The positive rates among place vaccine i njected were significant(P0.01).[Conclusion]Immuniza tion of rabies vaccine is trustworthiness, but it need to reinforce to the peopl e who's antibody is negative to prevente rabies.
