Synergy and Attenuation of Cyclophosphamidum(CTX) Activities by LiuJunZi Decoction

Abstract

Objective To observe the synergy and attenuation of cyclophosphamidum(CTX) activities by LiuJunZi Decoction.Methods S180 tumor bearing mice models were established and then divided randomly into four groups,including control group with tumor,CTX group,LiuJunZi Decoction(high and low dose) combined with CTX groups.Each group had 10 mice.After 10 days of treatment,the mice in the four groups were all killed.The effects of LiuJunZi Decoction on tumor weight,immune function and antioxidative enzyme were measured respectively.Results LiuJunZi Decoction could promote spleen lymthocyte proliferation,NK activity and increase tumor-weight-inhibiting rates,activity of SOD,GSH-pX,and decreased the concentration of MDA significantly compared with CTX group(P0.05).Conclusion The synergy and attenuation of LiuJunZi Decoction can be attributed to improve immune function and anti-oxidative capacity.
