Abstract

Objective An HPLC method was established to determine the contents of Ainsliaea fragrans Champ,3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid,3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde and chlorogenic acid in Ainsliaea fragrans Champ.MethodsThe samples were separated on a ALLtech C_(18)column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)with the mobile phase of methanol-1%acetic acid(7∶93).The flow rate was 1.5 ml·min~(-1),the column temperature was 40℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm.ResultsThe linear ranges of 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid,3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde and chlorogenic acid were 0.022 11~0.442 2 μg(r=0.999 9),0.015 01~0.210 2 μg(r= 0.999 9),0.098 32~1.966 4 μg(r=0.999 9) respectively. The average recovery rate were 98.39%(RSD=1.90%),(97.89)%(RSD=2.11%),98.27%(RSD=2.22%) respectively.ConclusionThe method is simple and quick with good reproducibility,it is suitable for the determination of the contents of 3 active components.
