Abstract

Objective: To study Chinese medical pattern characteristic of primary sjgren syndrome(pSS).Methods: The questionnaire and laboratory examination were taken into this study,with a special scale designed for the research of investigating the pattern distribution.Results: Deficiency of both Qi and Yin was the most major syndrome,which accounted for 52.6%,the second was yin deficiency and blood stasis,and the third was yin deficiency of liver and kidney.The most accompanying syndrome was blood stasis,accounted to 35.2%.Conclusion: The main syndrome of pSS was deficiency of both Qi and Yin.And the main pathogenesis was deficiency of both Qi and Yin.It was supposed that we should use the method of supplementing qi and nourishing yin as a principle when treating pSS.Promoting blood circulation and remove blood stasis is an important method,too.
