Factors That Affect Sports Competence of Excellent Teams in Colleges

Abstract

Through the comparative study on excellent sports teams in American universities, the author discusses three factors affecting the management of college sports teams in China, which include management of athletes, coaches and objectives, and it points out that excellert sports teams should participate in normal competitive matches, and universities should be given more power to make their own decisions and the rights of recruiting sports talents.
