Abstract

Based on the analysis of the major problems in the construction of high level sports teams in common universities, the present paper put forward the following countermeasures, optimizing the construction of high level sports teams, consummating objectives in high level athletes cultivation, optimizing the function classifications in competitions,exploring the effective combination between sports and education and promoting the reform of college student competition system.
