Mass sports work and sports team training are two important components of P.E teaching.But many schools ignore mass sports work while they switch their attention to sports teams of high level,which results in the imbalance of the two sides.In order to coordinate the relationship between mass sports and sports team,school leaders should take a correct attitude.When they work out plans they should consider the balance between mass sports and sports team,and take some measures such as reasonable allotment of P.E fund to coordinate the balance development of the two sides.
