The Application of Competitive Sports in Top-level Sports Team in University

A survey was carried out to investigate and analyze the present sports level of top-level sports team in university, and ways are suggested to apply the Competitive Sports to it, such as building up a scientific and effective management system of athletic sports in universities, regulating the structure of talented people, introducing competitive posts for coaches, improving the quality of athlete selection and increasing the social investment and scientific information in sports. It is a key approach to form our own education system for talented athletes in universities by these ways.
