Abstract
By analyzing the current situations of nursing management in county-level hospital,main problems are found,which are the irrigularity of nursing managers' personnel quality,the imperfect implementation of nursing system and the deficiency of managing facilities.The corresponding measures are to ensure the implementation of nursing management and system,strengthen the training of nursing staff at all levels,and enhance the overall nursing quality of country-level hospitals.
