Role of nursing QC center in nursing management of basic-level hospital

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To explore the role of nursing QC center in the quality of nursing and management level of basic-level hospitals.METHODS Twenty-seven basic-level hospitals in the city with uniform standards were evaluated by professional training,building demonstration site,regular information feedback and the nursing professional management.RESULTS Through the 1 year of professional nursing quality management,nursing management system of 27 basic-level hospitals gradually improved.The nursing professional technology level and the management level were improved.Nursing staff construction was strengthened,and the patients' satisfaction level was raised.CONCLUSION Nursing QC center can effectively improve the nursing management of basic-level hospital.
