Abstract

The technology of microwave-assisted solvent extraction of proanthocyanidin from grape seed was studied. The influence of single factor on the digestion effect such as different solvent , solvent concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extracting time and extracting times were investigated, the best range of each factor was determined. Moreover, the optimum technology conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiments. The result showed that, the best conditions were mid -low firepower of the microwave, 1 ∶ 12 of the ratio of solid and solution, 70% of ethanol concentration, microwave extracting for 60 s and extracting once. The most extraction content of proanthocyanidin of grape seeds was 5.202 3 mg·mL-1 on that conditions.
