Abstract
In this paper, microwave-assisted extraction technology of procyanidins from grape seeds was studied. The optimum technology conditions on the basis of the single factor and orthogonal test were founded as follows: the firepower of microwave was med-high, the ratio of solid to solution was 1:18(g/mL), operating time of microwave was 70 s, and then extraction was for 80 min in the temperature of 100 ℃. Procyanidins yield of microwave-assisted extraction was increased about 1 times than that of single water extraction.
