Abstract

The personnel agent system is a means of service mainly depending on the agent theory of western economics,which is based on the hypothesis of human self-advantage and has been introduced to the personnel management of colleges or universities in our country.It has given our schools' management some energy and a series of problems as well in the meantime.Moral leading theory,which emphasizes moral authority and autonomous management,could supply some new views to resolving these problems.
