Discussion on Actuality and Reformation Paths of Personnel Agent System in Institutions of Higher Learning

Abstract

This article introduces the conception and significance of implementation of personnel agent system in Chinese institutions of higher learning,and it analyses the actuality and problems of personnel agent policy.Because of confusion of agent staff,agent organization and system of social security,it is necessary for this article to actively explore the reformation paths of personnel agent system.
