Abstract
The rural land system is the crucial factor of Chinese rural reform,and the key point lies in property rights. This paper makes an attempt to provide a brief analysis of the transition of Chinese rural land system after liberation from the perspective of property rights.The author argues that the economic efficiency of property rights is related with its distinction and enforcement mechanism,which are also in connection with the economic efficiency of all kinds of rural land system reforms,such as land reform,the people′s commune and family-contract responsibility system.
