Analysis of Chinese Rural Land System Reform of Property Rights

The rural land system in rural economic development is the basic economic system.Since the founding of China's rural land system has undergone land reform,socialist transformation of agricultural production during the co-operative, the Third Plenum of the household contract responsibility system and the current land management transfer.By analyzing previous land system of property rights,this paper shows we should give farmers land property rights in order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the farmers land productivity and improve efficiency of resource allocation of land to promote agriculture and rural development.
