Transition and Development Direction of China's Rural Land Property Rights System Based on Marxist Theory of Land Property Rights

The rural construction and economic development has always been one of the important problems restricting the modernization of this country,and the rural land property rights system is the core of the rural economic system.This paper analyzes the historical changes of the rural land property rights system of China from the perspective of Marxist theory of land property rights transition and discusses the guiding significance of the Marxist land property rights theory as well as the theories of land property rights integration and separation etc.in the present reform of rural land property rights.The research concludes that reform of land property rights system in our country should be guided by the Marxist property rights theory,keep the collectively owned land system,overcome the existing defects of the land property rights system and promote the innovation of the land property rights system.
