The Application Research of Alanine Aminotransferase Rapid Detection in the Meaning of Blood Stations before Blood Collection

Objective To explore the alanine aminotransferase(ALT) rapid detection on the significance of blood stations before blood collection application.Methods In May 2014 to August 2014 blood stations to collect blood samples as the research object,as the experimental group.The experimental group before collecting blood samples for rapid detection of ALT,statistical blood discarding;In May 2013 to August 2013 blood stations before no ALT rapid detection of blood samples for the control group,Statistical scrap situation.Results Compared to control group and experimental group.The known ALT positive and ALT negative samples of the 10 cases,20 cases were performed in the samples of ALT rapid detection and laboratory test,comparison of two kinds of test results.Results Blood collection before blood the ALT rapid detection of blood scrap rate is 1.54%,the result is lower than that without ALT rapid detection of blood scrap rate is 7.08%,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The detection results of ALT showed no significant difference for rapid detection and laboratory(P0.05).Conclusions The ALT rapid test results of high accuracy,fast detection can reduce blood collecting scrap rate before the application of ALT in the blood,it is worthy of clinical application.
