Abstract
Objective To find out the test result of dry-biochemical analyzer for ALT rapid screening, select a good method for ALT rapid screening, and ensure the safety of clinical transfusion. Methods ALT were rapid screened by dry-biochemical analyzer in blood collection saloon cars, and the results were compared with automatic biochemistry analyzer recheck results. Results ALT value of qualified blood and ALT initial screening unqualified blood samples detected by the two methods were no significant difference(P 0.05). ALT primary screening substandard blood samples after the re-examination by the enzyme kinetics method were unqualified, only 1 screening qualified blood recheck unqualified, the failure rate was 0.0116%. Conclusions Dry-biochemical analyzer for the ALT rapid screening before blood sampling can effectively reduce the blood obsolescence rate of the blood collection system.
