Abstract
Objective To establish a method of fingerprint chromatography to determine the content of Kaglibao oral liquid. Methods HPLC with Shim-pack VP-ODS(4.6×150 mm,5μm)column was used.Mobile phase consisted of methanol, acetonitrile, tetrahydrofuran and 0.1 mol/L sodium acetate buffer(8∶8∶7∶77,pH adjusted to 4.0 with acetic acid glacial).Flow rate was 1.0 ml.min-1.Detection wavelength was 334 nm.Results 13 peaks constituted the HPLC fingerprint of Kaglibao oral liquid. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as a quality control for Kaglibao oral liquid.
