Abstract

Objective:To establish a method for determining the content of astragalosideIV in huoxuetongluo oral liquid.Methods:To determine the content of astragalosideIV in huoxuetongluo oral liquid by high performance liquid chromatography dectection.The chromatography Symmetryshield Rp18 column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) as stationary phase;acetonitrile:water(32:68) as mobile phase,203 nm as detective wavelength.The temperature was 35℃.Results:The average recoveries of astragalosideIV was 94.91%,RSD=1.06%.Conclusion:The method of HPLC is accurate,reliable,So it can be used for controlling the quality of huoxuetongluo oral liquid.
