Abstract

The internalizaion of teachers' own role,self-recognition of self value,practice of the essence of teaching philosophy, and the realization of the value of life are the cornerstones of effective teaching.Teachers understand and respect the lives of students, acknowledge and pay attention to students' differences and uniqueness,which will always remain the key to effective teaching.
