Abstract
Teaching is a living and existing way of teachers.For teachers,it inherently means life,the life itself,which we call life.Concerning about the teaching life can promote the professional development of teachers,improve teaching quality and teacher's own speaking right.Grasping the nature and value of teaching life can help us analyse the reasons for the phenomenon of teaching life alienation.On this basis,finding ways from the perspective of external and internal factors to restore the true state of teaching life is a desirable path.
