Application of laparoscopic in the ovarian cyst surgery

Objective To observe the effect of laparoscopic for ovarian cyst, and compare with laparotomy. Methods 60 cases varian cysts in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were researched.30 cases of laparoscopic surgery were set up for the treatment group, and 30 cases laparotomy were set up for the control group, the operative time,blood loss,postoperative exhaust time,length of stay,and complications were compared between the two groups. Results All patients were successfully completed surgery, laparoscopic group had no deaths.The operation time of the observation group(95.2±12.5)min were longer than the control group(41.8±11.2)min, but the blood loss(22.1±3.7) mL was less than the control group(95.2±12.8)mL,postoperative exhaust time(1.78±0.34)d vs 2.31±0.67d)is faster, shorter hospitalization time of the observation group(3.6±1.2)d,(P 0.05). Conclusion laparoscopic surgery ovarian cyst has a short time, blood loss is less, early postoperative ambulation time,recover faster,shorter hospital stay advantages,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
