Abstract
Objective:To study the relationship among urine ALB,KAPPA light chain and clinical features in acute nephritis children and find a new non-invasive index sensitive to kidney damage. Methods:The content of urine ALB,Kappa light chain and lambda light chain of the collected specimens was tested with urinary ALB(albumin) and one-step enzyme immunoassay and Shanshe assay respectively,to research their urine ALB,Kappa light chain at acute stage and convalescence and their relationship with the clinical features and to compare them with those in the control group. Results:Compared with that in control group, the difference of urine ALB in acute nephritis children at acute stage and recovery was more significant(P0.01),but at recovery stage there was no significant difference in both groups(P0.05).Comparing urinary Kappa chain of acute nephritis children at acute and recovery stages with that in the control group, there were significant differences(P0.01),but at recovery stage in both groups urinary Kappa chain had no significant difference(P0.05).Lamda chain in acute and recovery phases of both groups had no significant difference(P0.05).Urine ALB showed no correlation with complements C3,C4 and hematuria(R=0.023,0.01,0.21,P0.05).Urine ALB was positively correlated with urinary protein in acute nephritis(R=0.71,P0.05).Urine Kappa chain showed no correlation with complements C3,C4 and hematuria(R=0.023,0.01,0.21,P0.05).Urine Kappa was positively correlated with proteinuria(R=0.69,P0.05).Conclusion:Acute nephritis urinary ALB,Kappa light chain can be used as kidney damage sensitive indicators of the new non-invasive.Early detection and early intervention are of great significance for the prognosis of nephritis.
