Application of Four-step Advance Mode in Nursing Practice Teaching in Undergraduate

Nursing practice teaching is the basic ways of nursing students to deepen their theoretical knowledge,develop professional skills and innovative spirit,and enhance the overall quality.We combined the changes and demands of society to reform the nursing practice teaching and evaluation mode in the undergraduate.The nursing practice teaching has used Four-step advance mode including laboratory skill operation training,experimental center scenario simulation training,clinical clerkship and clinical internship.The clinical practice evaluation has used Four-step Advanced Assessment mode including basic skill operation standard assessment at school,students’ behavior self-evaluation after simulation teaching,group assessment in the clinical clerkship and three-stage evaluation before-in-after the clinical internship.In the six years.the Four-step Advanced mode of nursing practice teaching and capacity evaluation not only improve the students’ abilities but also enhance the teacher’s teaching awareness and teaching level,and promote the attention of college and hospital administrators on the nursing practice teaching.
