Design and management of clinical practice teaching process in internal medicine nursing

Abstract

Objective To explore the methods and effects of elaborated design and management of clinical practice teaching process in the internal medicine nursing.Methods The intervention measures were used to optimize,creatively design and manage the clinical practice teaching process of grade 2003 undergraduate students.Results On the premise of fulfillment of teaching task,the comprehensive capacities of nursing students and the teaching abilities of teachers were improved significantly.Conclusion To strengthen the design and management of clinical practice teaching process in the internal medicine nursing could improve the effectiveness of teaching and ensure the quality of clinical teaching.
