Clinical observation of children with papular urticaria treated by Cetirizine syrup and desonide cream

Abstract
【Objective】To observe the efficacy and safety of cetirizine syrup and desonide cream treatment of children with papular urticaria.【Methods】80 cases of children with papular urticaria were divided into two groups randomly.40 cases in the treatment group treated by cetirizine oral syrup and desonide cream ointment,40 cases in the control group treated by desonide cream ointment only.All patients were treated for 5 days to observe the clinical curative effect and adverse reaction.【Results】Treatment group efficiency was 92.50%,control group efficiency was 75%.Efficiency differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P 0.05).There were no obvious side effects observed in two groups.【Conclusion】Cetirizine syrup and desonide cream treatment is effective and safe in children with papular urticaria.
