Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy andadverse reaction of desonide cream in the treatment on atopic dermatitis in Adolescents. Methods The patients were randomly assigned to either test group(n=40) treated with desonide cream or control group(n=40) with hydrocortisone butyrate. The courses of the two groups were all 3 weeks. Results The effective rate of the test group treated with desonide cream was 90.0%,the effective rate of the control group treated with hydrocortisone butyrate was 72.5%,the effective rate's differences between the two groups were statically significant. Conclusion The efficacy of atopic dermatitis in Adolescents is good, the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
