Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of xiaofengzhiyang granules combined with loratadine syrup in the treatment of children with papular urticaria.Methods All of 95 chi1dren patients with papular urticaria were randomly divided two groups,the control group was given loratadine syrup only while the treatment group was given xi aofengzhiyang granules combined with loratadine syrup.Results The total effective rates of the two groups were 91.7%,76.6% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The effect of xiaofengzhiyang granules combined with loratadine syrup in treatment of children with papular urticaria was significant,and it will be worthy of application in clinic.
