Curative effect of desonide cream on dermatitis and eczema

Abstract

Objective To investigates the efficacy of desonide cream on dermatitis and eczema.Methods 220 patients with dermatitis and eczema were separated randomly and medially into two groups.The experimental group were treated with desonide cream,twice a day,3 weeks in all,while hydrocortisone butyrate cream was applied in the control group with the same direction.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group with a value of 89.09% and 70.91% respectively(P0.01).No adverse effects appeared during the treatment period.Conclusion Desonide cream is effective and safty to treat dermatitis and eczema.
