TRAINING OF THE ACTUAL WORK ABILITY OF FIVE-YEAR-SYSTEM MEDICAL STUDENTS IN OUR HOSPITAL

Objective To develop the clinical ability, five-year-system medical students in our hospital were taken as the object of the study to explore the approaches and methods of training. Methods In the course of clinical practice, different approaches and methods were adopted and improvement measures carried out correspondingly. Results The significance, connotation, ways and methods of the training of clinical competence of five-year-system medical students were suggested for the purpose of clinical teaching. Conclusion The application of the measures mentioned above has played an important role in the training of the five-year-system medical students.
