CLINICAL PRACTICE OF MEDICAL STUDENTS: ANALYSIS OF CURRENT SITUATION AND DISCUSSION OF IMPROVEMENT MEASURES

Objective To explore the current situation of clinical practice of medical students and its improvement measures. Methods The current status of clinical training of medical students were analyzed,and the measures to improve it proposed. Results The features and disturbance factors were different in four stages of clinical practice,aiming at the different stages,measures of admission training,enhancement of skill handling,strengthening and raising were adopted accordingly,obvious teaching effectiveness was gained. Conclusion Strengthening of management and technical skill training is the key to raise the quality of clinical practice for medical students.
