Practice and study of clinical medical simulation training in eight-year program

Abstract
The objective of paper is to improve the ability of medical student through applying the clinical medical simulation training in clinical practice. We summarized clinical medical simulation training in China, and introduced our experience on the application of clinical medical simulation on clinical skills training for 8-year medical program. Clinical medical simulation training is given to all medical students in our hospital. The training system of clinical skill and qualification test for each skill have been established. and help the students to strengthen their clinical skill.
