Clinical observation on Qinghao Biejia Decoction combined with a small amount of hormone in the treatment of lupus nephritis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qinghao Biejia Decoction combined with a small amount of hormone in the treatment of lupus nephritis.Methods 62 patients with lupus nephritis were coming to our traditional Chinese Medicine and department of hematology in out-patient and in-patient department,were divided into two groups by visiting the order randomly,the treatment group of 32 cases and the control group of 30 cases.The treatment group were treated with Qinghao Biejia Decoction combined with a small amount of hormone;The control group were treated with Prednisone.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.6%,the total effective rate of the control group was 66.7%,the total effective rate of the teatment group was higher than that of the control group(P 0.05);after the observation,it was found that in clinical symptoms,hrmone reduction and drug side effects,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Using Qinghao Biejia Decoction with a small amount of hormone to treat lupus nephritis,can reduce clinical symptoms,improve laboratory parameters,reduce hormone dosage,stabilize cndition and reduce the side effects of Western medicine.
