Qinghao Biejia Decoction in Treating 82 cases of Mild to Moderate Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

[Objective]Qinghao Biejia decoction addition and subtraction with the western medicine treatment of mild to moderate systemic lupus erythematosus.[Method]155 cases of mild to moderate SLE were randomized into two groups.Control group of 73 was treated with prednisone or equivalent doses of oral corticosteroids conventional treatment,the treatment group of 82 patients in the control group based on the Qinghao Biejia decoction.60 days to determine the efficacy of treatment.[Results] Treatment group,clinical remission in 26 cases,28 cases markedly effective,11 cases invalid,the total efficiency 86.59%.Control group,clinical remission in 17 cases,effective in 22 cases,15 cases markedly effective,19 cases invalid,the total effective rate 73.97%.Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P0.05),points to improve the treatment of lupus activity than the control group(P0.05).[Conclusion] Qinghao Biejia decoction with hormone treatment of mild to moderate systemic lupus erythematosus significantly better than the simple use of western medicine,can reduce the hormones,immunosuppressive agents such as medicine side effects,improve patient quality of life and prolong survival time.
